Water ResourcesThe Meadows Center for Water and the Environment at Texas State University works to develop programs and techniques to ensure sustainable water resources for the people, ecosystems and economy of Texas. The Meadows Center's areas of study include rivers and springs, streams, aquifers, and the watersheds that feed them, as well as the lakes, bays, and estuaries into which they flow. By forging partnerships with concerned stakeholders, the Meadows Center fosters practical solutions to the real-world problems of water resource management.
