Our Commitment

The Texas State University System (the System) does not tolerate any type of fraud, waste or abuse. As public servants, System faculty and staff are guardians of the resources entrusted to it and have a responsibility to its students, parents, alumni, donors, and the citizens of Texas to ensure those resources are used efficiently and for their intended purpose.

The System has established a reporting process for all System components through a form made available on this website to provide a confidential avenue for reporting concerns about potential waste, fraud, and abuse of resources, the lack of compliance with laws and regulations, or violations of the System's Code of Ethics. Reports filed regarding the System or a System component using the form provided are investigated by individuals who are independent of System and component management.

The System does not tolerate any form of retaliation against individuals providing information concerning suspected fraud, material waste, abuse, or other unethical behavior (TSUS Rules and Regulations, Chapter VIII, Section 1.1). If provided, the identities of individuals who file reports will be kept confidential to the extent allowed by investigative processes and the law.

Submitting a Report is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service
