Kelly Wintemute serves as the compliance officer. In that role, she is responsible for developing and overseeing a comprehensive compliance program for the System. Kelly also serves as the Title IX Coordinator for System Administration. Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree with high honors in communication studies from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in business administration from Texas State University. She joined the Texas State University System in 2008, and transitioned to the compliance role in 2015. Kelly is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP). Kelly and her husband have one young daughter.
