Board Meetings

The Board of Regents holds four quarterly meetings each year on the campuses of the System’s four-year institutions or in Austin. Meetings are typically held over a two-day period in February, May, August, and November, with committee meetings usually scheduled the week prior. Special called meetings may also be convened as needed to address time-sensitive items and are typically conducted via conference call.

All Board of Regents meetings are open to the public, with official notices posted in advance on the Texas Secretary of State's website.
