Meetings of the TSUS Board of Regents are open to the public except for any posted executive session held in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. The open session portions of most meetings are webcast live. In accordance with the Texas Administrative Code Title 1, Part 10, Chapter 206, Subchapter C, regarding Accessibility and Usability of Institution of Higher Education Web sites and the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, persons interested in attending committee and/or Board meetings or viewing the webcast online and desiring communication or other special accommodations should contact the System Office at least two working days prior to the meeting. The System Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
