Data, Analysis, & Accountability

The Office of Academic and Health Affairs (AHA) is responsible for providing data and reports to a variety of internal and external constituents. The Chief Data Officer, working with System and component administrators, provides contextualize data and analysis to evaluate, describe, and promote The Texas State University System and the System Components. These data and analyses support efforts to strengthen and improve student success, operational efficiency, fiscal responsibility, and data literacy across The Texas State University System.

Initiatives

Interactive Data 

Explore point-in-time and longitudinal data about students, faculty, and staff. Interactive data includes student enrollment, degrees and credentials awarded, faculty profile, and financial data. 

Reports and Publications

The TSUS provides centralized access to Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board reports and publications and other commonly used data sets.

Workgroups and Networks

  • Data and IR leaders from the Texas State University System provide leadership and direction for the institutional research function across the System through the TSUS IR Council. The Council is committed to the support of increased data capacity and data literacy, as well as ensuring accurate and timely data are available to the TSUS administration.
